Why paper feed?

There are several situations where foliar feeding can be very beneficial


   To revitalize withered or damaged plants whose roots are in poor condition


   When variegated plants are very white, foliar feeding with fish emulsion or other high-nitrogen fertilizer will go green? The papers


   For newly rooted leaves, foliar feeding helps young plants grow. Baby plants have little or no root system, so foliar nutrition provides nutrients to help build a strong root system.


   Displayed plants may also benefit from the additional support provided by foliar feeding

 

How to feed leaves

Choose the fertilizer recommended for foliar feeding. Use 1/8 to? Teaspoon. To a gallon of hot water. Your spray bottle should provide a fine and even spray. Gently spray the entire plant, early in the morning so the leaves are dry before setting cooler night temperatures. If any water has accumulated in the center of the plants, dry them with a tissue.

 

The leaves do not feed more than twice a week and not during the hot months when soil bacteria are most active.
